Garden Medicine Summer Sessions with Community Apothecary Waltham Forest

Join us for a delving into the healing powers of our garden and wild herbs with Community Apothecary who offer plant medicine knowledge sharing, herbal horticulture learning and communally made plant remedies in our locality.

These evening sessions in the Plot to Plate garden will be a mix of garden tour + meeting the plants that offer healthcare support and medicine, experiencing a meditative sensory herbal tea tasting, making a simple remedy to take home and connecting with the ways that we as humans have long held reciprocal healing relationships with the plants that grow all around us.

Learn about how we can bring herbal support into our daily lives for seasonal health, share experiences and knowledge with each other and find out which plants are your particular friends for your own health and that of your household.

We'll breathe in the colour and aroma of the midsummer season and explore how to best hold this energy for the rest of the year through harvesting, processing and storing herbs for medicine. Join us!
