Join us for a special outdoor yoga class in our community garden lead by Tara Lotz.Sunday May 24th @ 8am
(Rain out back up date: Sunday June 7th @ 8am)
Tara will lead you through a gentle vinyasa flow designed to ground your body and calm your mind while enjoying our serene garden space. A perfect chance to press pause on your busy schedule and take time to set your intentions, move with your breath, and practice mindfulness.
