Gaming the Mind Conference 2026
About this Event
This thought-provoking day will feature a programme of talks and panel discussions led by experts in mental health and game development. This year, we will also introduce a hybrid format, allowing participants from around the world to join online, engage in discussions, and take part in the shaping of an emerging global conversation.
Together, we will explore:
- The co-development of games between clinicians and game developers
- The use of video games as clinical tools
- Perceptions and misconceptions surrounding video games
In addition to our speaker sessions, the event will feature poster presentations showcasing emerging research and innovative projects, as well as a dedicated presentation where we celebrate up-and-coming developers. Further details regarding poster submissions can be found in the FAQ section below.
Whether you're a clinician, developer, academic, or simply curious about the relationship between gaming and mental health, this event is for you. Don't miss this unique opportunity to engage with like-minded individuals and be part of this important conversation.
