Join Arts & Education at the Hoyt on Saturday, May 23 at 6 pm for an after-hours gallery talk exploring how broadcast media reshaped entertainment, family life, and national identity.Presented by Collections Director Robert Presnar, this informal talk examines the rise of radio and television and how these innovations connected families to the wider world - bringing music, news, sports, and shared cultural moments directly into the living room for the first time.
