Join us for a feel-good Pilates session designed to bring together girls in London who want to move, connect, and make new friends.
No pressure, no experience needed!
The plan:
17:45 - 18:30 = Private Mat Pilates session @ 18
Porlock Street
18:40 - 20:00 = Social @ GRIND London Bridge
So that even if you don't make a new bestie this time, at least you got a workout!
Classes are mixed ability and suitable for beginners or those returning to Pilates. I start each exercise at a foundational level and offer progressions for anyone wanting an extra challenge, so you can move at your own pace and feel confident throughout.
