Matthew Carroll is a lifelong Galena resident and the owner and innkeeper of J*il Hill Inn, an award-winning luxury bed-and-breakfast in the city’s historic former county J*il. His deep connection to Galena and passion for preserving its history are reflected throughout the inn and the experiences he creates for guests.
