Galaw ng Diwa: Yoga & Somatic Movement

Come and experience the transformative power of movement and mindfulness at Galaw ng Diwa: Yoga & Somatic Movement.

"Galaw" is a tagalog word for movement and "Diwa" means consciousness and/or spirit. Therefore, "Galaw ng Diwa" means movement of the consciousness and/or spirit.

This is a collective practice to share space for tender holding, support, and co-regulation where we softly navigate our way into exploring the felt experience of our individual and collective bodies through the lens of yoga & integrative somatic practices.

No prior experience needed. This is open to all kinds of bodies and beings!
