About this Event
The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities (CAH) requests applications from qualified artists and District nonprofit art galleries or organizations for its Fiscal Year 2027 Art Bank Program. Each year, CAH acquires fine art from metropolitan artists to grow its Art Bank Collection. Artwork in the collection is managed by the Public Art Department of CAH and loaned to District government agencies for display in public areas and the offices of government buildings.
Please note that only two of the three grant application workshops will take place online via Zoom. the April 30th workshop will take place IN PERSON at the MLK Public Library Conference Center on the 4th floor (901 G St NW, Washington, DC 20001).
CAH staff members are available to help develop grant applications through group and individual technical assistance. CAH will conduct free workshops and live web chats for participants to learn about the agency’s funding opportunities and how to submit an application.
Workshop dates, times and locations are subject to change. All workshops are free and open to the public; however, participants are encouraged to RSVP. Workshop attendance is strongly recommended for first-time applicants.
