How it works
You’ll move around the room in small groups, taking part in a series of short, timed interview rotations. Each interaction is designed to give you real interview practice, helping you refine your answers and gain valuable insights directly from employers.
6:00pm - 6:15pm: General Interview Guidance
Delivered by Chris Kissack, this session will provide general interview guidance and practical tips to help prepare you for future job interviews.
6:15pm - 7:00pm: Speed Interview Session
A relaxed and friendly speed interview session where you can practise your interview skills and receive direct, on-the-spot feedback to help you improve.
7:00pm - 7:30pm: Microsoft Word & Excel Essentials
Learn the core features of Microsoft Word and Excel to help you become workplace-ready and develop the digital skills employers value. Delivered by Fiona from oncourse.im.
7:30pm - 7:50pm: Refreshment Break
Take the opportunity to network with other attendees and enjoy complimentary refreshments.
7:50pm - 8:15pm: Excel & Outlook Skills Continued
Build on your learning with further guidance on using Microsoft Excel and Outlook effectively in the workplace.
8:15pm - 8:45pm: Artificial Intelligence Basics
Discover how to use AI safely, responsibly and effectively in the workplace. This session, delivered by Chris Kissack, will introduce practical tools and techniques to help you work more efficiently and confidently.
