We're absolutely buzzing to announce the next event in our next BED BEFORE 11 PRESENTS... series, and this one's all set to be something special! 🙌
Joining us for a guest headline DJ set is none other than Ian Van Dahl — the legendary Belgian trance and Eurodance name behind some of the biggest hands-in-the-air floor-fillers of the early 2000s.
Ian Van Dahl's debut single, the classic 'Castles in the Sky' (featuring Marsha) is one of the most iconic crossover vocal trance anthems of the century. Upon its release in the summer of 2001, it took the UK Single Charts by storm, peaking at number 3 and spending seven weeks in the Top 10. It received huge support from trance royalty such as Tiësto and Armin van Buuren in Ibiza before going on to sell more than 600,000 copies in the UK alone to earn Platinum certification.
Follow-up singles cemented Ian Van Dahl's status as a major name in dance music, with 'Will I?' (number 5)', 'Reason' (number 8 ), and 'Try' (number 5) also achieving considerable chart success, with the album 'Ace' reaching number 7 in the UK Albums Chart.
This is a HUGE coup for BED BEFORE 11, and we cannot wait to welcome Ian Van Dahl to the Isle of Man as we celebrate 25 years of 'Castles in the Sky'!
What's more, we'll have a range of local DJ talent (to be announced) smashing out the trance from the word go and making sure everyone's warmed up before IVD takes to the Mad Jack's stage at 9pm.
And remember, BED BEFORE 11 runs from 6pm to 10pm, so you get a full trance-tastic night out, a headline touring DJ, and the chance to hit the pillow — all before the night's even got started for countless others.
