Future Masculine - A Workshop for Men Ready to Evolve

This workshop is for men ready to become the next version of themselves — whether, leading at work, seeking deeper intimacy or stepping into fatherhood or who already father — and who want to do it differently.

You’ve done work — therapy, breathwork, courses, men’s circles — and now want to integrate it into how you live, lead, and love.

If you’ve been asking yourself:

• How do I support my partner and (future) children without losing myself?
• How do I lead with calm, clarity, and confidence — at home and at work?
• Where is the space for me to be held, supported and guided?

Across two immersive days, you’ll move through:

• Transgenerational and developmental shifts — working on what you don’t want to pass on.
• Embodied practice — movement, breathwork, somatic release, grounding and experiential exercises.
• Emotional integration — turn emotion into strength through awareness and authentic expression.
• Vision & leadership — defining what kind of man, father, and partner you choose to be.
• Brotherhood — support and connection that lasts long after the workshop ends.
• Challenges and thresholds — as you evolve into the next version of you.

You’ll leave with practical tools to implement immediately during conflict and stress — and to feel confident, purposeful and connected.
