Create a charming winter scene in glass as you explore the art of fused glass in this seasonal class. Students will design a 9 x 7 inch snow scene featuring a cheerful snowman, evergreen trees, and other decorative elements of their choice. Using a variety of fusible glass, you’ll learn how to cut, arrange, and layer glass pieces to build a textured and colorful winter landscape. The background scene will be fused to a glass base that students will also decorate, adding dimension and personality to the final piece.
This class is open to all skill levels and encourages creativity as you bring your vision of a snowy day to life in glass.
Finished pieces will be fired by Kathleen in her home studio and returned to the Guild for pickup. All materials and tools are included.
