Fused glass hot air balloons

Join us for a fun and creative in-person event where you can create your very own fused glass hot air balloons. Located at Short & Few Creative Workshops this event is perfect for unleashing your artistic side and learning the art of glass fusion. Claire Myers an experienced glass fuser will guide you through the process, from selecting colorful glass pieces to arranging and fusing them together to create 2 stunning balloons.
This is a hands-on workshop and no previous experience is needed. You will learn how to apply frit, stringers, dots and murine to bullseye glass in order to make two charming and unique pieces , measuring approximately 9x6cm.
The workshop is £40 per person and is 1.5 hours long. This includes all materials and refreshments.
Following the session your work will be taken away to be fired and then a bail (hook) added and a matching ribbon. I will then posted to you about a week later. Maximum of 6 people per workshop and over 18's only please.
