Full Day Fused Glass Beach Day Workshop – Create a beach curve, a light-catcher and a beach tea light.
If you’ve always fancied making your glass project from scratch then this is the workshop for you. This class will focus on glass cutting, allowing you to design and create your project. You will also be using powdered and frit glass, along with glass enamels.
I will be bringing samples of Beach Huts, along with Wonky House curves, so design can be chosen on day. Workshop is suitable for all levels.
Your creation will be kiln fired, and then slumped on a second firing.
- They will be ready for collection approximately 2 weeks after the workshop
- Please wear closed-toed shoes as cutting glass.
- FFP3 face masks (provided) must be worn whilst using glass powders.
- Safety glasses to be worn whilst cutting glass.
- An apron will be available for use during the workshop to protect your clothes from glass/powders.
- Avoid eating and drinking at work table.
- Wash your hands before leaving studio.
Tea and coffee is available, but please bring lunch.
