Dance Free on West Common - Silent Disco for Families

An uplifting evening dance moving freely to music using silent disco headsets. A warm and welcoming space to dance like no-one is watching!

A music journey for adults and children to energise and have fun together outdoors. Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. 😊

All ages and abilities welcome. No experience necessary.

Wear comfy clothes/shoes, and bring water.

We'll start with a stretch and short warm up.

Donation based - pay what you can afford.

From here we will walk a few minutes to our dancing spot on the West Common.

This event is a collaboration between Dance Free CIC and Jollification CIC.

Please let us know in advance if you book and are unable to attend. This frees up the headsets so someone else can enjoy the experience.
