Fundraiser Sound Bath Relaxation

Come and enjoy a calming and restoring experience from Tibet, with sound practitioner Emma Bradbury-Jones. She plays gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drums, chimes and percussion, to aid deep relaxation. Known as a Sound Bath, it is a relaxing practice with its roots in Tibetan and many other ancient cultures.

A Sound Bath is a meditative and therapeutic experience where you ‘bathe’ (immerse) in the sounds and vibrations – your mind enters a meditative and relaxed state which brings about healing at a mental, emotional, and physical level.

Tickets £10 includes tea & coffee. Doors open 2pm for 2.30pm start. Bring your yoga mat or use one of our comfy chairs.

Please note that this event is not suitable during the first 3 months of pregnancy, if you have metal plates in the body, if you have tinnitus, or for those with sound induced epilepsy.
