Fundraiser: Help The Color House move to the Historic Train Station

The Color House has served as a community art and pottery studio in Colchester for 3 years. During those 3 years, we did not have a kiln on site so every single piece of pottery was carefully wrapped, brought to an offsite kiln, fired, wrapped again, and brought back to the studio for pick up. We needed a space that could house the entire process under one roof. When this historic location became available, we knew it was perfect. But getting this historic location up to standards is going to require a lot of time, love, and money. This is where we are asking for help. Expenses for this project total over $20,000 and we know that every little bit counts and adds up. We have faith in the goodness of this world to help us raise the funds needed to accomplish this project and open the historic train station to the community for their creative enjoyment.

Our grand opening is currently scheduled for Saturday May 16, 2026 where we will open the train station to the public for pottery painting, crafts, art classes, and events. Please consider helping us with this project.
