**Local organizations, vendors, businesses are encouraged to participate as a vendor! This is your time to showcase the great things you do- Just call Colchester Parks and Recreation at (860) 537-7297 or [email protected] to participate for free!Celebrate Colchester (formerly the 57 Fest) is great community event featuring local organizations, local businesses, live stage performances, an auction, food trucks, friendly games and competitions, kid-friendly activities, giveaways, and so much more! This year will feature an Americana theme in honor of 250 America! There is no fee to participate as a vendor, booth or performer. We just ask that you donate one item or basket to be used in the auction. The funds raised will be used for summer day camp scholarships.
* We welcome booths from all Colchester organizations, but we respectfully ask that there be no campaigning, and nothing that can be viewed as inappropriate or controversial at a family-friendly event.
*Vendors and booths might not have access to electricity.
*Please plan on providing your own pop-up tent, table, chairs, etc.
