Triple Seven and CoHabitat Wakefield invite you to an unforgettable night of music, art, community, and collective impact.
We are raising funds to help make affordable housing a reality in La Pêche.
CoHabitat Wakefield is a registered housing co-op planning 40 nonprofit rental apartments on municipally supported land in Wakefield - a community-led project rooted in long-term affordability, sustainability, and connection.
Our goal is to raise $150,000 for the critical pre-development phase of the project.
100% of donations go directly toward the professional studies and planning needed to move this vision forward, including:
• Land surveying
• Environmental analysis
• Water testing
• Architectural planning
• Engineering work
The evening will feature:
• Live music from Games Gang
• DJ sets throughout the night from intangerines & Second Sight
• Live painting by Robert Cordy + art auction
• Raffles and fundraising activities
• Merch table with shirts, stickers, and project info
• Community connection and celebration
Every ticket, donation, raffle entry, and share helps lay the groundwork for affordable nonprofit housing in our region.
Doors open at 7PM.
