A whirlwind year brings Wakefield's own Daguerreotypes (James Samimi Farr) back to the Black Sheep Inn to mash his electrifying fais deaux-deaux into the mortar of your soul.
Finally, after years in occultation, Gatineau Hills-native James released his debut album as Daguerreotypes, "This Is My Way to Tell You That Everything Is Real and Happening Right Now".
Launched into the void at the end of last year, it quickly and unexpectedly made a splash internationally, drawing praise from critics and fellow musicians alike:
