Come and learn how to find relevant funding for your organisation. Margi Jervoise, a freelance fundraising consultant with over 15 years’ experience will teach you how to find relevant funders, how to approach them and how to gain funding for your specific projects. Margi will provide insights into what funders want and how to build up good relationships with them and how to gain multiple funding opportunities. It will be an interesting morning including a workshop. You will leave feeling more confident at how to gain funding for your particular organisation.
Bio
Margi Jervoise has been a fundraiser since 2009 and has worked for a number of charities including Exeter’s RAMM, Farms for City Children, Make (previously Devon Guild of Craftsman), Charlie Waller Trust, Occombe Farm, Action East Devon, The Haberdashers Livery Company, Stoke Climsland Village Hall, Unleashed Theatre Company and Two Moors Music Festival. Over that time, she has worked in all areas of fundraising. She has also lectured at Institute of Fundraising SW conference and been a mentor for the Institute of Fundraising.
