Chef Erin was respectful and made learning how to cook a small batch from scratch as easy as can be for us novice cooks! She is polite, kind, and informative. I’m thankful for the information she provided of what brands-to use if we decide to cook the same dish at home! Each time I called she answered promptly (my husband and I got lost, typed in the wrong address and she handled me with patience!
