The time of the Full Moon is a unique opportunity to stop and observe your rhythm, and perhaps formulate goals, sow intentions or, on the contrary, let go, surrender to the current of life, embracing of what appears HERE & NOW.

I invite you to my monthly sound therapy sessions that can support what you experience during the changes in the phases of the Moon.
Journeys in therapeutic sounds give you the opportunity to stay in a state of mindfulness, meditation, contact with your body and breath, as well as allow you to freely drift away with consciousness moving into a state of deep relaxation. In this state, the body begins to regenerate, gong vibrations penetrate the skin, penetrating tissues and cells, reviving internal fluids, soothing the nervous system, which give the effect as after a few hours of restful sleep.

WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE?
During a gong bath, participants will lie down and get comfortable with blankets and pillows whilst being immersed in the vibrations of sound therapy instruments - therapeutic gongs during a session.
During the session you may experience deep relaxation and release of blockages and tensions, as well as calming down the stressful thoughts and emotions that are often accumulated in the body.
We encourage you to invite your loved ones and friends who may also benefit from this unique experience!
LET'S COME TOGETHER AND CREATE A SPACE FILLED WITH POSITIVE ENERGY, VIBRATIONS AND COLLECTIVE HEALING!

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU?
Please bring a yoga mat (camping mattress is great too), as well as a pillow, an eye mask and a WARM BLANKET so that you are warm and cosy!! If you have a bolster bring it too to support your knees (and a lower back).

Contraindications for participation in the sound sessions: people with a pacemaker, First trimester pregnant women (best to be discussed with a host), people suffering from epilepsy, PTSD or severe mental health issues (GP/your consultant's consultation is advised prior to attending the sound healing session).
