Monthly Themes to Support Your Journey
Each month, our sessions will be themed around the key experiences and challenges of menopause, providing focused breathwork techniques and mindset shifts designed to help you thrive.
November Theme: "Understanding and Embracing Change"
Focus: This session is all about building awareness around menopause. We’ll explore the most common symptoms and the emotional and physical impact menopause can have. Together, we’ll work on identifying personal triggers that can exacerbate symptoms such as anxiety, panic, headaches, and mental fog.
Breathwork Techniques: You'll learn foundational breathwork techniques designed to manage these symptoms in the moment, helping you feel more in control and grounded.
Goal: By the end of this session, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and breathwork practices to create a supportive self-care routine. You’ll understand how menopause impacts your mind and body, and how to actively support your well-being through these transitions.
December Theme: "Finding Calm Amidst the Chaos"
Focus: December is known for its hustle and bustle, especially with holiday preparations and social obligations. This session will focus on managing stress and overwhelm during this busy time. We’ll explore how to use breathwork to stay grounded, manage mood swings, and maintain a sense of well-being throughout the heightened pressure of the season.
Breathwork Techniques: Learn specific breathing exercises to calm the mind, balance your emotions, and relieve stress on the go—whether you're in the middle of holiday prep or navigating social gatherings.
Goal: By the end of this session, you’ll have the tools to remain calm and centered, helping you maintain your energy and mental clarity despite the chaos around you. You'll leave with strategies to stay resilient and protect your self-care amidst the festive demands.
January Theme: "Renewal and Self-Reconnection"
Focus: The post-holiday period often brings a sense of low energy or emotional burnout. January, however, is also a time for new beginnings. In this session, we’ll focus on renewal and reconnecting with yourself as you step into the new year.
Through breathwork, we’ll work on enhancing your focus, boosting motivation, and managing emotional shifts. This is the time to turn inward, reconnect with your personal goals, and set the tone for the year ahead.
Breathwork Techniques: Practice breathwork to promote clarity and purpose, and release any lingering stress from the holiday season. You'll also learn breathing exercises designed to reawaken your energy and renew your sense of direction for the year.
Goal: By the end of this session, you’ll feel refreshed, clear-headed, and motivated to embrace January as a time of renewal. You’ll have breathwork practices that support clarity, self-compassion, and emotional resilience to start your year with confidence.
