Fifth session of Cosy Crafts at Eco Hub Aber, a series of craft sessions (every first and third Friday between December and the end of March) funded by CAVO Ceredigion’s Warm Welcome Spaces Scheme and led by Maeve Moran. These sessions are focused on making and mending textiles, drawing upon heritage methods of sustainably, communally and cozily crafting.
Join Maeve for Crochet for Absolute Beginners and learn the absolute basics of croche, including how to: choose suitable hook and yarn sizes, make a slipknot, get the correct tension and do five basic crochet stitches.
Materials provided for the workshop only, although you may prefer to bring your own. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like material recommendations.
Hot drinks and biscuits provided - please get in touch with any allergens for requirements.
