🕺💃 Groove to the Classics: Imagine working out to the disco anthems you adore, with a cheeky non-disco track here and there to mix things up. It’s all about having a laugh, moving your body, and feeling good.
🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ Everyone’s Welcome: No dance experience? No worries! We keep things simple with easy-to-follow moves and plenty of chances to freestyle. Forget the pressure of getting it “right”—this is your time to shine however you like!
🌟 Feel-Good Fun: Most of the session is low-impact, but we’ve got options if you want to turn it up—or take it easy. And yes, it’s not all fast beats; we’ve got a few smooth numbers to keep things chilled.
