Full Wolf Moon Soundbath

Please join us at Cultivate Yoga Avon on Sunday, January 12 at 5:30 p.m. for a soundbath to honor the Full Wolf Moon. Allison & Samantha will use soundbowls, chimes, crystal pyramids, percussion, and aromatherapy to create a sanctuary for lone wolves to rest, restore, and receive the medicine of this offering.

Please bring:

*yoga mat

*a blanket (or 2)

*eyemask or eye pillow

*light pillow or extra blanket for the head

(extra props and folding chairs will also be available)

*water or warm tea

*$25 cash or Venmo

*an adventurous spirit!
