Full System Reset is a powerful 67-minute immersive 9D Breathwork journey designed to help you release emotional exhaustion, clear mental clutter, and reconnect with your natural energy and vitality.

This experience combines deep circular breathing, immersive 9D sound, and guided subconscious techniques to help shift what the body has been holding onto. As the journey unfolds, you’ll move through themes of acceptance, courage, forgiveness and renewal — creating space for clarity, strength and a fresh perspective.

To keep the experience safe and supportive, this session is limited to just 12 participants, allowing everyone the space to fully drop into their own journey.

We’ll begin with a gentle grounding and Blue Lotus tea ceremony to calm the nervous system and help you settle into the space before the breathwork begins.

During the journey you will lie comfortably with headphones as you are guided through the breathwork experience. Many people describe feeling emotional release, deep relaxation, clarity, and a powerful sense of renewal.

Afterwards, we’ll close the session with a small integration circle, allowing time to ground, reflect and share your experience if you wish.
