A Power Animal journey is a shamanic practice where we reconnect with the spirit of an animal for support. Power Animals can teach lessons, help develop qualities, and aid in letting go. Some stay with a person for life, while others come and go to assist with specific matters.
From yoga mats, we will journey for approximately 25 minutes then discuss. Optional items to bring: Water Bottle, Eye Mask, Journal, Pillow/Blanket.
