The full moon is an opportunity for clarity, resolution and manifestation. It can also invite heightened sensitivity and emotions, an auspicious time to release whatever it is you are holding on to. Relax and let go, allowing beat frequencies and musical intervals played with gongs, crystal bowls, bronze bowls, drums and other sacred and modern instruments to induce a deeper state of consciousness (alpha and theta brain waves) and allow your higher self to open your intuitive senses.To fully relax during a sound journey, it’s helpful to bring comfort items like an additional yoga mat or a zero-gravity chair, blanket, pillow and/or eye mask. When your body is supported and free from discomfort, it’s much easier to let go and sink into the deep, meditative states that the sound is meant to awaken. This studio does have extra mats, blankets, bolsters and blocks.
