This is a community (free) class for Mothers and their guests. Registration is required and the class is limited to 14 participants. Although all necessary props are available, you are encouraged to bring your mat(s), a pillow and additional blanket(s) for extra comfort.Acu Meridi-Yin weaves together the deep stillness of Yin yoga with the healing touch of acupressure along the body’s meridian lines—helping to release stagnation, replenish vital energy, and soothe the nervous system. Set to the timeless, soul-stirring sounds of the Grateful Dead, each posture is held for several minutes, creating space to soften into sensation while gentle acupressure techniques encourage energy to flow freely. The music’s flowing melodies and earthy rhythms create a meditative soundscape, guiding you deeper into both body and mind.
