Join Andrea on Sunday, March 1st from 4:00–5:30 pm for a 90-minute full moon class designed to help you gently release stagnant energy and come home to yourself.We’ll begin with slow, mindful movement and nourishing breath to soften the body, clear the mind, and open the heart. Then you’ll be guided into a deep, restorative sound bath meditation, where you’ll be invited to fully surrender, relax, and receive.
