Come and enjoy some relaxing yoga, meditation and a lovely sound bath to embrace our full moon, balance our energy centers and find our inner calmness. The full moon is a powerful reminder that life is a cycle of growth, release and renewal.
Embracing the healing energy of the sound bowls while relaxing into a powerful meditation. Balancing our 7 chakras through this meditative sound bath healing, empowering, soothing experience, feeling the zen within. We will experience our moon salutation,(chair modifications available) to calm the mind and body and discover peace and serenity.
Please wear comfortable clothing, I will provide yoga mats but feel free to bring your own, as well as any comfort items such as pillow or blankets. Comfortable seating available if the floor is not your preference.
