Our community yoga class at the Fairview Rec. Center is the in-person class that will get you out of the house and on to the mat for a fully supported, comprehensive yoga and meditation practice.
This offering is for all-levels (even never-ever beginners). Experienced practitioners will enjoy the comfort of familiar postures and the delight and curiosity that comes when new insights are revealed. RYTs and C-IAYTs can earn continuing education credits. Inclusion is one of the most important aspects of this practice and there’s no better place than the community center to show up and prove it!
For healing, prevention, or rejuvenation… yoga and meditation practice is the ultimate in self-care. Margi is a certified yoga therapist and licensed professional counselor. Her classes combine structured skills development opportunities with rest, ease, fun, and creativity. Students can expect to be encouraged, respected, supported, and honored by this practice.
