Join us Jan 3rd for a transformative yoga practice on the beach under the radiant Full Wolf Moon! Laurie will guide you through an empowering yoga class, blending pranayama, asana and meditation! Come take deep breaths by mother ocean with us while we watch the full moon rise over the Atlantic while the sun sets behind us.
This event is kid friendly!

We will meet on the beaching front of the Chatham Ave beach access. Park at 18th street (bathrooms), 19th street or Chatham Ave parking lots.
Bring a large beach towel or tapestry, water and dress in layers!
