Thursday, Jan 1st we are having a community beach yoga class to ring in the new year! Option to jump in the Ocean afterwards for Tybee’s Polar Plunge!
Take advantage of Tybee’s free parking for the holidays! Jan 1st is the last day! Use the ParkTYB app. Park at 17th, 18th or 19th street.
We will get our bodies moving, our breath flowing and give ourselves the opportunity to connect to our high selves and see what kind of intentions we want to set for 2026!
Bring paper and pen with you so that you can journal after our meditation. Bring your sunglasses, a towel or tapestry they work best as mats in the sand, water and bring layers such as socks and a hoodie to keep you warm.
