Full Moon Yoga: Embodiment

The lunar cycle offers an opportunity to pause with the Full Moon shining the brightest in the night sky - inviting a sense of clarity, awareness of completion and space to release what no longer serves. Join us in quiet community as we explore a different Full Moon practice each month during the Fall and Winter season. Each practice is intended to be accessible no matter where you are in your journey.
November practice focuses on Embodiment: invite attention through a grounded flow practice supporting mind and body. All are welcome here!
