Veteran's Day - Community Class

On Veteran’s Day, we don’t just say thank you. We create space for the nervous systems that carried the weight.
This community class is for veterans and anyone who wants to show up in support of them. We’ll move gently, settle the body, and practice the kind of regulation that doesn’t require you to “be fine” first. No performance. No pressure. Just a room that knows how to hold what’s been held for a long time.
Whether you served, you love someone who did, or you simply want to be part of a community that honors service with something more than words—you’re welcome here.

See you on the mat.
