I invite you to a magical evening of conscious movement, deep breath and soulful presence, where we return to who we truly are.

This is a multilevel Hatha Vinyasa class where we’ll explore asana, pranayama and meditation, open to all levels.

🎶 And end with a chanting circle: mantras and medicine music to open the heart and raise our vibration together.
