Celebrate the full moon at our cozy candlelight yoga class at 7 pm! This 90-minute class includes an all levels full moon theme yoga practice with mantra designed to balance the energy centers (chakras) and connect with the full moon. We end the class with yoga Nidra meditation (yogic sleep) to ease our way into the evening. Class is led by Michelle Pugh, owner of Joonbug Yoga!
The resort supplies a lovely infused water and yoga mats for use during the class or bring your own yoga props for additional comfort.
Class is open to everyone and pre-registration is required. No drop-ins due to space limitations.

You will receive a message after sending the payment to confirm your registration. Location: Alderbrook Resort and Spa, 10 E. Alderbrook Dr. Union, WA 98592. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival for the class location inside of the resort or outside on the waterfront during the warmer months.
