Full Moon Yoga & Soundscape @ The Museum Of Modern Renaissance!

The "Worm" moon was named this because it occurs when the ground thaws and earthworms emerge from the soil. The Worm Moon symbolizes rebirth, renewal, and transformation. It marks the end of winter and the beginning of spring, when nature awakens. The Worm Moon is a powerful time for a spiritual reset as the earthworms work through the soil and setup for a great time to plant and start something new! This is a perfect time to, ditch negativity, look inward, and make room for personal growth. Picture the Full Worm Moon, and the phases leading up to and following it, as a sort of inner decluttering session. It’s meant to pave the way for fresh beginnings. We will also practice a very easy manifesting and letting go exercise. Let's connect with nature, rejuvenate your body and mind, and soak in the serene atmosphere of this unique venue.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and find inner peace. Lets move in community and set some intentions and letting go! This class will run 75 minutes combining a 60 minute flow and also 15 minute soundscape in savasana (crystal bowls and other percussion instruments to raise vibration) .

Open and accessible to all levels of yogi practitioner! Please arrive 10-15 mins early to not hold up the class please. Phones are strongly discouraged (emergencies only )during the actual yoga class. Tix are available through Eventbrite below or to buy direct DM @buddoglowboston and Venmo .
