Join us for a magical evening of movement, music, and mindfulness beneath the energy of the Strawberry Full Moon inside the breathtaking Museum of Modern Renaissance.
Named by Native American tribes to mark the strawberry harvest, the Strawberry Moon symbolizes abundance, renewal, growth, and embracing positive change. As we settle into summer, this full moon invites us to release what no longer serves us, shift our perspective, and create space for new possibilities.
This special all-levels experience includes:
✨ 60-minute guided yoga flow
🔔 15-minute restorative soundscape in savasana
🎵 Crystal singing bowls, percussion, and immersive sound healing
🌕 Full moon-inspired reflection and intention setting
🎨 Practice surrounded by the museum's stunning floor-to-ceiling artwork
Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle into the space. Phones are discouraged during class except for emergencies.
