Experience a magical evening of relaxation and sound healing with Angela, Kelly and Nina under the energy of the Full Moon.

As the lunar cycle reaches its peak, the Full Moon offers a powerful opportunity to release what no longer serves and invite renewal. This special event is thoughtfully designed to help participants clear stagnant energy, reset the mind, and restore balance in the body.

Each month, the evening also includes intentional rituals or themed activities inspired by the unique energy and symbolism of that specific Full Moon, deepening the connection to nature’s rhythms.

This beginner-friendly experience includes:

• Guided Meditation and Deep Relaxation
• Immersive Sound Healing featuring Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes, and more

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Attendees are sure to leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply at ease—an ideal way to practice self-care and honor the Full Moon.
