Join Justine & Beth for their one of a kind full moon yoga & sound ceremony! We gather to honor the full moon, as our ancestors have done throughout time.
Justine will lead students through a gentle yoga flow and astrology satsang. Beth will serenade the group using Crystal tones alchemy bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and other sound healing tools during the entire session. With an extended sound healing savasana, students will have an opportunity to completely surrender and allow the healing sound vibrations to harmonize with their own energy.
