Join Cristin & Rose for a night of embracing self love through movement, mantra, energetic healing, and sound bath. Cristin will guide the group through a heart centered gentle/restorative class to help open the heart chakra. During your practice we will set an intention of how we can bring love from within outwards for ourselves and others.
Rose and Cristin will be offering energetic healing throughout the yoga class.
After we will be serenaded by a sound bath, chimes, and end chanting sacred mantra that will help open and heal the heart chakra.
Each attendee will receive a self love journal to reflect on the Venus retrograde happening. Venus is the planet of love. How we show love in our lives. When Venus goes retrograde it’s sometimes difficult to cultivate a heart centered way of living. This class is designed to help you connect to the heart through many different modalities.
