What a night under the Libra–Scorpio new moon. The energy was potent — deep work around connection, release, and transformation. We created time to acknowledge our thoughts and habits that keep resurfacing, meeting them with awareness.
Through the °Transforming Sexual Energy° Kriya, we built stamina, consistency, and strength — before softening into meditation. It was deep and pushed us all ♥️
Feng and Luna gongs, with Nashoba the singing bowl, carried the vibration through the space — helping the body absorb and release all that was ready to move.
The sacral chakra holds the energy of creativity, emotion, sensuality, and flow — it’s the centre of movement, pleasure, and connection - Treating this area with compassion is paramount.
Thank you to everyone who trusted the space and moved into the session with grace and openess.
