We’re excited to introduce something brand new to NFAD this November – our first ever Adult Heels Workshop.This Friday evening session is all about confidence, style and performance. You’ll learn a dynamic routine in a fun and supportive environment, with the chance to explore your own flair and musicality.
Heels are welcome, but not mandatory – so whether you choose to bring your favourite pair or stick to trainers, the focus is on enjoying the movement and feeling empowered.
