“Tune in” with Kiah for a lovely Full Moon Yin Yoga + Sound.
✨ We will move into poses that will be held for time as we work into our deepest tissues, the connective tissues. Class will conclude with a sound bath savasana. Drift away to the frequencies of the crystal singing bowls and various chimes. These sound frequencies encourage the brain waves to slow down inducing a calm and relaxed sense of being. Vibrational healing is based on the idea that everything in the universe is in a constant state of vibration.
