Let's have a cozy, warm, close out celebration for this year's classes nestled in nature- the best way to do yoga with fresh air, river and bird sounds, and soaking up Mother Earth's healing frequencies.
This will be our last class of the year. Can you believe how fast it has gone? Hopefully the weather will cooperate, and if enough people respond interested or going, then we will make it happen.
Come as you are! My classes are gentle and loving towards our bodies, meeting us exactly where we are. This is Yoga & Meditation for all bodies, all levels, and a fun, easy space for mamas/families to practice with their kiddos. Pregnant and postpartum mamas with newborns coming along, welcome!
Meet at the Entrance Gazebo of the Hatchery at The Spearfish City Park, and we can pick a comfy spot to stretch by the river and under the trees. Bring a mat or blanket to stretch on. I bring extra cushions and blocks.
Our family will be there :)
