Under the light of the Full Moon, we gather to slow down, soften self-judgement, and return home to the wisdom of the body.

This circle is an invitation to breathe, release, and be held.

Through gentle LOB breathwork, journalling, sharing, and collective support, we create space to calm the nervous system and gently let go of what we’ve been carrying.

✨ Just rest, connection, and release

Come exactly as you are.

You are already enough.

We recommend bringing a journal and pen, and a blanket or pillow if you feel called, to support your comfort.
